• Residents are responsible for placing their approved commercial trash bin outside their unit during the designated "collection prep" hours. Our industry-trained Valet Trash Service Attendants will collect each compliant trash bag from every visible trash receptacle and dump them on-site from Sunday – to Thursday. (Collect dates and times may vary depending upon the community's independent schedule.) 
• A new trash bag is provided in place of the one taken. 
• In addition, trash collection points are cleaned and organized, if necessary, for an improved client experience.

     Non-compliant Trash Bags

• Our Service Attendants will not remove any trash bags that do not comply with the community's trash collection policy. Instead, the Service Attendant will provide the resident with a violation card stating the issue, and we will report the violation to the Leasing Office the following business day. 

• Our Service Attendants will take on the hassle of refreshing your apartment at the time of your departure. In addition, we will ensure your unit is inspection-ready and complies with your community’s unit turnover cleanliness standards. 
• Our service is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, meaning we clean again for free. However, customers may incur a slight upcharge for any heavy-duty cleaning jobs. 
• Additional cleaning services are available upon request. 
• Cleanings are scheduled through our online scheduling portal.

     Damages, Repairs, and Bulk Trash Removal

• We can repair any wall damage(s), paint, and remove bulk debris from the cleaning site at an additional rate. Please contact regarding this service upcharge.

• Our Service Attendants will remove unsightly debris from your community to ensure residents can appreciate your esthetics free of corruption.
• We offer scheduled pet waste removal from the community’s designated collection points. Pet waste is dumped in an approved location, and a new bag is provided in place of the one taken.
